Colonic hydrotherapy was something I had considered for a long time but was incredibly nervous and worried. I had insecurities about bloating and general fatigue. I emailed jo and she contacted me and left me a lovely voicemail. At my first appointment, from the moment I pulled up and was greeted by Jo I felt instantly at ease. She made me feel so relaxed and explained everything to me, she tailored the treatment to suit me and my needs. Jo has guided me through having bad menstrual cycles and helped me balance them out. I have had several appointments with Jo and look forward to every one, the conversation flows, I feel like I can open up and discuss my concerns as well as talking about lives in general and I find it a very lovely experience. The treatment is gentle and leaves me feeling extremely cleansed and full of energy. It’s almost like a reset button. I have had so many positive health results from having regular treatments with Jo. Highly recommend anyone who’s interested or has thought about it not to worry and just go for it. You won’t regret it.

I was very nervous about my first hydro colonic however the second I met Jo I knew I was in good hands and there was no need to feel uncomfortable at all. Jo is so lovely and genuine it made my treatment more relaxing. The treatment itself does not hurt and is definitely not painful. It is not uncomfortable, it is just a different sensation. Jo is amazing during the treatment, she keeps you occupied and chats away with you which is lovely and takes your mind off anything else. The treatment room is absolutely spotless and to a very high standard, the bathroom is very very clean and leaves you feeling even more relieved after your treatment. Highly recommended, it has helped my IBS, my health, tiredness and fatigue, I no longer feel bloated! Thank you Jo, you’re a star!

I felt safe, comfortable and very much “looked after” Joanna is fantastic, and really felt at ease with her. The aftercare is fabulous too. The clinic is gorgeous and welcoming, she has thought of everything! Would highly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if there were 10 to give!

I was feeling pretty low and miserable and in desperation I rang Jo enquiring if this could help my symptoms. I wasn't getting anywhere with the doctors. Thank God she answered! I was immediately reassured in a friendly and caring manner. Jo immediately understood my urgency and somehow managed to see me that afternoon. I was so grateful. She immediately put me at ease and gave me guidance and information about how best to manage my symptoms. Throughout the procedure she was gentle and sympathetic, yet caring and professional at all times. She made contact with me afterwards to follow up on how I was doing. She's an absolute gem. I've already booked to go back. Just pick up the phone like I did.... You won't regret it.
