So disappointed with our parmo for the second time in a row, what a let down!!! The best parmo's town by a mile but we complained in a polite manner of the lack of bechamel sauce... Once again it's dry and disappointing. So we decided to complain again to be met with laughter, and told extra sauce has been added... I wouldn't be waisting my time complaining if this was the case. P.s I trained with the owners ex boss, so I know how the should be.

I've only given it 4 stars because they don't take card payments. Other than that I can't complain. Good food and friendly staff

I used to like it here, but they have got our order wrong the last two times we’ve been, they did rectify it but obviously not ideal when it is happening every time we go and someone goes hungry. Strangely they asked for the incorrect food item back, hoping they didn’t give it to anyone else.

Absolutely fantastic food! Service was amazing, owner flipped a coin and if we won we got an extra garlic bread! We won and he kept his promise, hands down the best takeaway I've ever been to. Really quick too, thanks to the guys who were there

Best parmesan in malton, fresh ingridients and fast delivery. As well portion is huge, wont order from anywhere else!

Ordered and paid for one lot of chips in store (can’t get more simple than that), waited 15 minutes while people that ordered in store after me got their orders before me (including people that ordered chips!), before the girl that served me came over and asked me what I had ordered (while she polished off a burger and chips! probably not her first of the night 🙈). Told her to keep my money and left as I couldn’t be bothered to wait anymore. While waiting (for my chips that never arrived) someone that had ordered a delivery called the store, she was on loud speaker for everyone to hear, to say that a pizza she had ordered was not delivered with the rest of her delivery (again how simple is it to get a delivery order right???). Will not be going back, simple things like taking an order for chips seemed way to complicated for the staff 🤷‍♂️

Food seems as good as it gets for a kebab shop. They have a good menu but they do charge a pound for delivery, even in Malton or Norton and the charge is higher outside of Malton and Norton. This still does not have an impact of the quality of food and treatment in service.
