Monday night pilates with Millie is just what you need after a day working from home to unwind. The sessions are lead with different abilities in mind. I come away feeling relaxed and definitely feel I have worked out in all areas. I look forward to the start of my week now!

I have been going to Millie’s Pilates class for a couple of weeks now and always feel amazing afterwards. Millie is a really good teacher. She encourages you to push yourself but gives you options to suit your ability.

I've always wanted to get into yoga but struggled to find classes I enjoyed, now I look forward to Faith's classes every week. There is an incredible flow to every class and I almost feel like the music and her voice carry me through the session. The classes definitely push me to my limit but with absolutely no judgement when I can't do something. My favourite part is at the end of each session, Faith leads us to become still and mindful, her words are so meaningful and I find them very powerful, I leave feeling stronger and happier every time ❤️

Faith is a wonderful teacher, supportive for all levels, she gently talks you through each flow, giving easier or more challenging options so you can choose your level. Since starting her classes in May, I've felt my strength, balance and flexibility coming back. I signed up for the dedicated membership which is great value and means that I benefit from classes twice a week, plus the weekly recording to do at home. I highly recommend Faith to anyone thinking of starting or returning to Yoga.

Faith is a fantastic yoga teacher and I have absolutely loved attending her classes! She is a true professional and really knows her stuff when it comes to yoga + mindfulness! Her classes are accessible with a good level of challenge for me and there is always an emphasis on finding positive energy, which I find so powerful! I can't wait to attend more xx

I have been going to Faith's classes since Jan 22. It is a fabulous way to spend an hour on a Tuesday 😊 I had done a small amount of self-taught yoga with a few Zoom classes over lockdown, but never face-to-face. I was definitely nervous....but the sessions are brilliant! I have improved my yoga, never felt like I am out of my depth & the atmosphere is perfect 😊 The fact I am still turning up every week is testament to Faith's brilliant teaching/guidance.

I love the yoga classes with Faith, a fantastic teacher. Faith will work with you and your abilities offering suggestions and adjustments to help you work on the movements and positions, getting the best out of you. I really like that Faith also does it alongside the class. The classes are lighthearted, friendly, and professionally run. I really look forward to my class.

Flow For All Yoga offers a very flexible service, which means I can fit classes into my busy working schedule.
Faith has a professional and engaging manner. She creates a safe space to practice yoga, and ensures each session caters for all abilities.
Flow For All Yoga is a key part of my weekly routine. The sessions allow me to relax, unwind and help also me to manage ongoing issues with back pain and sciatica.

I went to my first ever yoga class with Faith at Flow For All back in January, and I'm so glad I tried it, I absolutely love it now and miss it when I can't make my class, I can see and feel a difference in myself, it's such a relaxed class I don't feel pressure if I can't do the odd move.

Faith is a wonderful teacher and I always love the challenge of her classes. Every week I am amazed at how much more my body can do and Faith's guidance is really helping to make this happen.
